Anna and Jericho have been drifting through deep space in an escape pod for two years. Anna has been suffering from PTSD, and struggles with severe depression. Jericho has been taking care of her as best as he can, but his focus is primarily on keeping them alive. Their relationship is pushed to the brink when Jericho’s own health begins to slip and their air supply fails simultaneously.
The book was inspired by experiences caring for someone with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

When the question is raised in a dark corner of a disreputable tavern, the patrons answer with tales as varied as their backgrounds. Is the Monk the innocent victim of pirate voodoo? A gardener possessed by a murderous phantom? A traitorous, cannibalistic aesthete? Or a simple small town recluse turned folk hero?
While the patrons debate the Berserker Monk’s true nature, the Monk himself is on the warpath, set to collide with a villain obsessed with usurping his legend.
